Overview
Swan Aquatics and its brands (Swan Aquatics, Swan CPR, and Lifeguard for Hire) offer SMS text messaging to customers and staff who opt in. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from us at the number provided.
Types of messages
Depending on the service, messages may include booking and quote confirmations, scheduling and dispatch updates, appointment reminders, class registration confirmations, customer-service replies, and (for staff) new-lead and dispatch alerts.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the service you requested.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Swan does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opting out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number. To opt back in, reply START.

Consent is not a condition of purchase
You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to purchase any goods or services from Swan.
Carriers
Supported carriers may vary, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
