• An individual can sign up here or through RedCross.org and comes to one of our locations to get certified.

• We are happy to offer the Red Cross Adult/Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED Blended learning certificate. Which means there is 2.5 Hours of online learning prior to class, and then a 90 minute skills session in class. Certificates must be printed out and brought to class prior to the on-site skills work. We cannot admit students into the class without completing the pre course work material.

Classes range from $85 to $110 per person depending on the location the course is taught in.

Looking for training at your workplace or institution? We travel to you and train your staff in the comfort of your own environment. Our instructors bring in the Equipment, Manikins and AEDs. We offer four types of Workplace Training. 

• Option 1: Red Cross Adult/Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED Blended learning.  Students are emailed a Red Cross learning link a week prior to class. The online portion is 2hrs on their own time and must be complete prior to class. Then they come to class for the 90 min in person skills session. This includes a Red Cross Certification upon showing the instructor they can exhibit the skills necessary in this course.

• Option 2: Red Cross Adult/Pediatric CPR/First Aid Classroom only learning. There is no online material to study or watch before class. All videos, demonstrations and skill practices happen in the classroom. This course is for workplaces that are required to only have classroom learning. Course goes for 4.5-5hrs typically depending on what a workplace needs to add on. 

• Option 3: The Swan Class. This is NOT a Red Cross Class. This is a classroom only Adult/Pediatric CPR First Aid & AED learning. No online learning ahead of time, no videos the day of.  All of this happens in the classroom. This is taught by a skilled Red Cross Certified instructor, and there is no Red Cross certification for this class. Students will receive a swan card. This is proof that they learned about & practiced CPR/First Aid/AED. This is a great team building activity and a great option for getting the knowledge base and hands on experience. This is a great cost friendly option for a workplace wanting the knowledge, and practice skills but not requiring the official Red Cross certification. Please check with your HR dept to make sure they approve this option of learning. 

• Option 4: American Red Cross CPR Instructor Certification. This is for businesses wanting to have in house CPR Trainers.  It is an ideal option for businesses needing to train and recertify their employees on a regular basis.  The Purpose of this course is to train Instructors to teach the Basic-level ARC First Aid, CPR and AED Courses. Having in house trainers can save companies thousands of dollars annually. This is a blended learning class which means part of the class must be completed online before attending the in-person skills session. 2hrs of online learning. 1 hour pre course skill assessment. 12 hours of Classroom learning. We can also add on the Blood Borne Pathogens module, should your workplace require it.

This Course as classroom-only or blended learning is required by the Red Cross to have a minimum of 5 students. This pricing includes the cost of the American Red Cross Certification the students receive at the end of the course.

A Note on Booking Swan Services: 

• For larger Scale CPR Trainings with Multiple Instructors we require 2-3 weeks of lead time to schedule our instructors. 
• As a Certified Red Cross Provider we train people in all aspects of health and safety. Not seeing the course you need? Email us and we can help you out. 
• If you are interested in Just CPR, CPR/AED, or Just First Aid please contact us and we can give you separated pricing.  If you need to add anything on such as Blood Borne Pathogen Training, or Epi Pen Training we can do that as well. 
• If ongoing trainings are needed we can discuss further discounts.

1. Participants must complete all lessons of the online learning session and pass the online assessment with a score of at least 80%.
2. Participants MUST complete the online coursework prior to class.
3. Please bring a hard copy or smartphone to show your completion.
4. Participants must attend the in person session and participate in all course activities.
5. Successfully complete the “Putting It All Together” Assessment Scenarios.

This includes the Red Cross Adult/Pediatric/CPR/ First Aid AED Course as well as the Swan Course. 

• Participants must participate in activities, and demonstrate competency in CPR, First Aid, and AED. 
• Participants must successfully complete the putting it all together assessment scenarios.

Arrive 15 – 20 minutes before the start of the scheduled class. You will need to check in and provide proof of completing the online learning. If you don’t have the certificate of completion with you, we will need to reschedule you for another class. A $25.00 rescheduling fee will apply.

Students that are late will not be permitted into class.  

If you arrive after the start of the class you will not be admitted into the class. Our classes cover a large amount of material, and we need the full time allotted for all students. Please be respectful of the other students’ learning.

The purchase of this course does not guarantee a Red Cross Certification. A Certification is only acquired in person, after a person passes the in-person skills test.

Class Transfers from other Companies: 

We do not accept Red Cross coupons or class transfers from brick and mortar CPR organizations. Students must fully purchase this course through The Swimming Swan to be admitted into the course.

Refund Policy: 

No refunds are given within 7 days of class.

Class Transfer: 

Students can opt to transfer classes to another date. Class transfers are allowed a total of one time and transfer requests must be submitted on a  Class Transfer Form at least 48 hours prior to the start date of the original class start date. All transfer classes must be completed within 2 months of the original class start date. All class transfer requests are $25.

Cancelled Class:

The Swimming Swan LLC., reserves the right to cancel any classes at any time. If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be given OR students will be given the option to transfer classes to another date with no additional fees.

No Visitors:

Only registered students are allowed on the pool deck and/or in the classroom during class. All visitors must wait outside in the parking lot OR leave the premises until class is over for the day.
