💰 Pricing & Booking Details:

• Registration Fee: $25 (non-refundable)

• Minimum Booking: 3 hours per lifeguard

• Maximum Shift for Solo Lifeguard: 5 hours

  • Events over 5 hours require 2 lifeguards to comply with federal meal and rest break laws

• Swimmer-to-Lifeguard Ratio: 1 lifeguard per 20 swimmers

🏷️ Standard Rates:

• First Lifeguard: $65/hour

• Each Additional Lifeguard: $60/hour

• Rush Booking Fee: $30 (for events booked within 72 hours)

• Rescheduling Fee: $20

• Alcohol On-Site Fee: $25 (if alcohol is being served)

📍 San Francisco Bay Area Rates:

• First Lifeguard: $75/hour

• Each Additional Lifeguard: $65/hour

• Applies to events in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Marin, Napa, and Sonoma Counties

🚗 Travel & Mileage:

• Commute Fee: $0.70 per mile after the first 30 miles roundtrip

🔁 Cancellation & Scheduling Policy:

• Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours before the event to receive a refund (excluding registration and 3.5% credit card fees).

• Rescheduling Fee: $20

• Final Confirmation: Lifeguard schedules must be finalized at least 24 hours prior to the event.

  • Unconfirmed shifts may be released or reassigned.

• Payment: Full payment is required to secure your lifeguard(s).

• Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) available in select areas — inquire during booking.

• Registration Fee: $100 (non-refundable)

• Event Details: Required at time of booking to ensure appropriate staffing and safety planning

• Minimum Booking: 3 hours

• Swimmer-to-Lifeguard Ratio: 1 lifeguard per 20 swimmers

🏷️ Standard Rates:

• First Lifeguard: $65/hour

• Each Additional Lifeguard: $60/hour

• Rush Booking Fee: $30 per lifeguard (applies to bookings made within 72 hours of event start time)
• Rescheduling Fee: $50
