🚨 What You’ll Do:

  • Stay vigilant and ready to act in emergencies with expert-level skills.

  • Perform rescues in and out of the water with precision and calm.

  • Promote a safe, fun, and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

  • Work side-by-side with fellow guards as a united, responsive team.

  • Represent Swan Aquatics with professionalism and pride.

 


🏊 Where You’ll Work:

We’re hiring for both Private Event Lifeguards and Local Facility Lifeguards across California, Nevada, and beyond. You’ll get hands-on experience, flexible assignments, and the chance to grow with one of the fastest-rising names in the aquatics industry.


✅ Requirements:

  • Must hold a current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or equivalent).

  • If not yet certified, you must be able to complete our ARC Lifeguard course before your first day on the job.

  • Strong swimming ability, clear communication skills, and a cool head under pressure are a must!
