🛟 Important Hiring Information:
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, reference verification, and drug screening.
Pay rates are based on experience, certifications, and clientele assignments.
🏊♂️ Aqua Instructor Responsibilities:

Oversee, direct, and guide individuals or groups toward achieving personal and fitness goals.

Develop and execute customized aquatic workout programs based on client needs.

Plan program progression and modify exercises as necessary to ensure accessibility and safety.

Lead engaging, high-quality aqua fitness classes that motivate and inspire.
✅ Qualifications and Skills Required:
-
Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
-
Current and valid American Red Cross (ARC) certification or equivalent (including CPR, First Aid, and AED).

Current Aquatic Fitness or Water Aerobics Certification from a recognized organization (such as ASFA, AEA, AFPA), or equivalent pending approval.

Ability to pass pre-employment verbal skills assessments and program design testing.
-
Successful completion of The Swimming Swan LLC onboarding training and evaluations.
-
1+ year of aqua aerobics teaching experience, or 2+ years of group fitness/personal training leadership experience preferred.

Flexible availability is required.

Strong customer service skills are highly preferred.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:

Support Swan Aquatics’ mission and the individual goals of clients and program participants.
-
Plan, organize, and lead aquatic fitness sessions that align with clients’ personal goals and abilities.

Educate participants on proper form, providing modifications and alternate exercises as needed.

Monitor pool activities for safety concerns and intervene as appropriate.
-
Enforce all aquatic safety standards and respond promptly to hazards or inclement weather following company protocols.

Complete and submit incident reports and documentation as needed.

Deliver exceptional service and support to all clientele.
