🛟 CPR Instructors

As a CPR Instructor, your role will include:

• Teaching American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and AED courses for the general public, workplaces, and private clients.

• Ensuring each student demonstrates CPR, First Aid, and AED skills according to Red Cross and SwanCPR standards.

• Participating in monthly in-service trainings to maintain skill levels and compliance.

• Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and training integrity.

General Qualifications:

• Minimum 19 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Current and valid American Red Cross (ARC) CPR Instructor certification.

• Familiarity with the Red Cross Learning Center, including accessing rosters and course records.

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.

• CPR Certification prior to Instructor Certification (Prerequisite).

• If you are a certified Lifeguard Instructor (LGI), you may bridge to CPR Instructor status with additional classroom training provided.

• Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements.

• Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends based on location needs across the U.S.

🏅 CPR Instructor Trainers

As a CPR Instructor Trainer, your responsibilities include:

• Training and certifying new CPR Instructors at various locations nationwide for SwanCPR.

• Conducting CPR Instructor training for businesses, workplaces, and the general public.

• Maintaining Quality Assurance by supporting and evaluating current CPR Instructors.

• Participating in ongoing in-service trainings.

• Upholding Red Cross and SwanCPR professionalism and training standards at all times.

General Qualifications:

• Minimum 19 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Current and valid American Red Cross (ARC) CPR Instructor Trainer certification.

• Current and valid ARC CPR Instructor certification.

• Minimum of 1 year of classroom experience as a CPR Instructor Trainer.

• Strong working knowledge of the Red Cross Learning Center platform.

• Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements.

• Willingness to travel for training assignments; travel expenses are covered.

• Flexible scheduling, with weekday and weekend availability preferred.
