For children ages 1–4, drowning is the leading cause of death.

2ND LEADING CAUSE FOR KIDS THROUGH AGE 14

Drowning is the second most common cause of unintentional injury death for children up to age 14.

ADULTS 54+ STILL AT RISK

Among adults aged 54 and older, drowning remains a top four cause of accidental death.

4,000 LIVES LOST ANNUALLY

Each year, the U.S. sees over 4,000 unintentional drowning deaths.
